Clinical Program Director
Clinical Program Director – FT position available in our Residential program to perform leadership skills in order to supervise daily functions of the clinical department staff. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, evaluating, orienting and training all clinical staff. The clinical program director will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all pertinent patient care information to assure the patient rights are protected. This position requires a Masters degree in related field and a LCADC. Knowledge of mental health field a plus. Medical Director - Part-time
Responsibilities include patient medical history & physicals, and assisting patients and their families in the healing of the body, mind, and spirit modeling the 12 Steps of Recovery in accordance with organizational, Federal, State, CARF and ASAM standards. This position will require one day a week in the office, and five days per week on call (beeper) covering the Nurse Practitioner (must live within 45-minute driving distance of the facility). One weekend per month in the office is required, along with providing vacation coverage. Position may become full-time in the future. Must be licensed to practice in New Jersey and be ASAM certified and possess current CDS license. Medical Records Clerk - Part-time
We are currently seeking a part-time Medical Records Clerk. The primary functions in this position are to review all forms and documents in the records to insure they are complete with the necessary forms and signatures required while maintaining confidentiality; perform audits and abstract information for authorized agencies. The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or General Equivalency degree. Must have experience in a background of typing and general office duties; have excellent organizational skills; be very detail oriented and be computer literate; must be able to spell accurately and be able to take directions; must have excellent customer service skills with ability to effectively communicate and interact with internal and external customers and work in teams. Nurse Manager Assistant
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Manager Assistant (non nursing). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting the Nurse Manager in coordinating necessary needs of the unit and following the direction of the nurse manager on any new assignments needed, including staffing/scheduling nursing employees. Requirements include but are not limited to: excellent typing and computer skills; must be able to use good judgment to prioritize duties; must have very good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; must be able to work independently for extended periods of time; must be proficient in operating computers and office equipment; must be task-oriented, have excellent people skills, and physically able to carry out medical orders, requires standing, brisk walking to other units. An Associates degree in Medical Secretary Science preferred. Research Assistant
The functions of this full-time position include but are not limited to: conducts on-site and follow-up research evaluations with study participants; accurately enters data to electronic databases, maintaining confidentiality of all pertinent patient care information to assure patient rights are protected. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Social or Psychological Services. A minimum of one year experience working in the addiction field or related human service field along with a demonstrated competence in the application of research methods is preferred. This position requires working one evening a week and two Saturdays a month and travel within New Jersey.
